Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details, organization and product information, payment status and transaction references, usage and device data, support communications, and content or credentials you choose to connect to the service.

Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored in full by Unpoplar.

How we use information

  • Provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
  • Authenticate users and administer workspaces.
  • Process subscriptions, maintain billing records, and prevent fraud.
  • Run requested marketing automations and connected integrations.
  • Send service, security, billing, and—where permitted—product communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We share information only as needed with infrastructure, analytics, communications, authentication, integration, and payment providers acting on our behalf; with workspace administrators where applicable; during a business transaction; or where required to comply with law or protect people, rights, and the service. We do not sell personal information.

Connected services and AI

When you connect a third-party account or ask the service to process content, relevant data may be sent to that provider or to service providers supporting the requested automation. Your use of a connected service is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

For Meta connections, we receive the Facebook Pages you manage, linked Instagram professional account details, granted permissions, and access tokens needed to publish approved content. Tokens are encrypted and isolated to the workspace that completed authorization. We do not request or store Facebook or Instagram passwords.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights depend on applicable law and may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions.

Cookies and service data

We may use essential cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and reliable operation. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, we will provide any notice or choice required by law.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised date. For privacy questions or requests, email thinkmerit@gmail.com.
