Disconnect Facebook and Instagram
Open Unpoplar Marketing, go to Publishing, and choose Disconnect beside Facebook and Instagram. The saved Meta access token is disabled in this workspace and queued posts for that channel stop until a new account is connected.
Remove access in Meta
You can also remove Unpoplar Marketing from Facebook Settings under Business Integrations. After Meta revokes access, our platform can no longer publish or refresh information for those accounts.
Request complete deletion
Email thinkmerit@gmail.com from your account email. Include your workspace name and write “Data deletion request.” We may verify your identity before deleting data and will confirm completion or explain any legally required retention.
What is deleted
The request covers connected-account tokens, selected Page and Instagram identifiers, scheduled and draft marketing content, workspace profile information, and associated integration records, subject to security, fraud-prevention, billing, and legal retention requirements.
